• Credit card or banking details (handled exclusively by Razorpay, our payment processor)
• Personal financial information beyond subscription billing
• Browsing history outside getfundedradar.com

• Demographic profiling data

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver the daily research brief to your inbox
• Process subscription payments and manage your account
• Communicate with you about your subscription, including trial expiry and renewal notices

We do NOT use your information to sell, share, or rent your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

How We Store and Protect Your Information

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure operated by reputable service providers, including Google Cloud (for operational data) and Resend (for email delivery). All data in transit is encrypted using industry-standard TLS protocols.

We retain subscriber data for as long as your subscription is active, plus 12 months after cancellation for compliance and record-keeping purposes. After this period, your data is permanently deleted from our active systems.

Your Rights Under DPDPA

As a user of FundedRadar, you have the following rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023:

• The right to access your personal data
• The right to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• The right to request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• The right to withdraw consent at any time
• The right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India

Cookies and Tracking

getfundedradar.com uses minimal cookies - only those required for the site to function. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, trackers, or analytics scripts that profile individual visitors.

In our briefs, we use standard email tracking pixels (provided by Resend) to measure open rates and link clicks at an aggregate level. You can disable image loading in your email client to opt out of this tracking.

Children's Privacy

FundedRadar is a B2B research product intended for professionals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18.
