Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of FundedRadar (the 'Service'), operated by FundedRadar ('we', 'us', or 'our'). By subscribing to our daily brief or using getfundedradar.com, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not subscribe to or use the Service.

The Service

FundedRadar is a daily research brief delivered by email to paid subscribers and 7-day free trial participants. The brief covers Indian startup funding announcements with analysis of decision-makers, buying signals, and outbound playbooks for B2B sales teams.

Briefs are typically delivered on weekday mornings before 9 AM IST. We do not guarantee delivery on weekends, public holidays, or during force majeure events.

Subscription and Payment

Free Trial

New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. During the trial, you receive the same brief as paying subscribers. No payment information is collected at trial signup. On day 8, we will email you a payment link to continue as a paid subscriber. If you do not subscribe, the briefs will stop and your trial data will be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

Paid Subscription

Paid subscription is ₹19,999 per month (inclusive of applicable taxes), billed monthly through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize Razorpay to process recurring charges to your chosen payment method.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by replying to any brief or contacting us through the contact pattern. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing from time to time. Active subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price increase, and will have the option to cancel before the new pricing takes effect.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Publish, syndicate, or post FundedRadar brief content externally on any public platform, including but not limited to social media, blogs, newsletters, podcasts, or news sites
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the briefs
• Use the briefs to train any artificial intelligence or machine learning model
• Scrape or automatically extract content from our briefs or website
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Internal forwarding within your organization is permitted - share briefs freely with colleagues at your company.

Intellectual Property

All content in FundedRadar briefs - including but not limited to research, analysis, decision-maker maps, outbound templates, sector reads, and connector maps - is the intellectual property of FundedRadar. Subscribers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the brief content for internal business purposes only.

The FundedRadar name, logo, and design are trademarks of FundedRadar.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Information Accuracy

FundedRadar briefs are researched from public sources and represent our analysis at the time of publication. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information is current, complete, or error-free.

The briefs are informational only and do not constitute legal, financial, investment, or business advice. You should independently verify any information before acting on it.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

FundedRadar does not guarantee any specific business outcomes, including but not limited to sales, deal closures, or meetings secured. The brief is a research tool - your results depend on your execution.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FundedRadar's total liability arising from your use of FundedRadar shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to FundedRadar at any time if you violate these Terms, including by sharing brief content externally or engaging in any prohibited use.

Upon termination, your access ends immediately. Refunds for unused subscription periods are at our discretion.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of FundedRadar shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New Delhi, India.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
